预制混凝土空心模剪力墙受力性能试验研究

摘    要:通过1个钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件和5个横向孔洞为矩形的预制混凝土空心模剪力墙试件的拟静力试验,研究了采用纵向孔洞为圆形、横向孔洞为矩形的空心模构造的预制混凝土空心模剪力墙试件的受力性能。结果表明:该预制混凝土空心模剪力墙沿竖向分布钢筋位置出现竖向裂缝,避免了脆性破坏发生,位移延性系数为3.87~6.47,变形性能良好;现浇与预制混凝土结合面是墙体受力的薄弱部位,降低了墙体的受剪承载力,对高轴压比试件尤为显著;空心模剪力墙在正常使用阶段的刚度与现浇混凝土剪力墙相似,在设计计算时无需对刚度进行折减;提高轴压比和减小剪跨比能够增加墙体的初始刚度,但加快了后期刚度退化速率;降低水平钢筋配筋量对墙体的受剪承载力和变形能力影响较小,但降低了开裂荷载,增加了裂缝宽度。

Abstract:One reinforced concrete shear wall and five concrete shear walls with precast two-way hollow slabs were tested under low cycle lateral loading. The mechanical behavior of concrete shear wall with new type precast two-way hollow slabs was studied,where the horizontal slab holes are circular and the vertical ones are rectangular. The study shows that there are vertical cracks appearing along the vertical reinforcement of the precast concrete shear walls. As aresult, the brittle shear failure is avoided.The displacement ductility ratios of the precast shear walls are between 3.87 and 6.47 and deformability is good. It is also proved that the week link is the cast-in and precast concrete interface, which can decrease the shear bearing capacity of precast concrete shear walls, especially for specimens with high axial compression ratio. The stiffness of new-type shear walls during the application stage is similar to that of reinforced concrete shear wall, and the stiffness of new-type shear walls is not reduced when designing the shear walls. Raising the axial compression ratio and reducing shear span ratio can increase the initial rigidity, but accelerate the late stiffness degradation. As the decrease of horizontal reinforcements,the shear capacity and deformability are less affected, and cracking load are reduced, while the crack width is increased.
