基于响应面法的桥梁主桁架结构优化设计

摘    要:对复杂结构进行优化设计和可靠性设计时,利用传统的设计方法可能会遇到计算量太大的困难,应用响应面法是有效地解决该问题的途径之一.文中将响应面法和有限元技术相结合,建立了桥梁主桁架的挠度、弯曲应力与结构尺寸的函数表达式,继而对主桁架进行了结构优化设计,最后对优化结果进行了有限元分析和验证.设计计算结果表明,对于桁架结构设计这类问题,响应面优化设计具有很好的应用价值.

Abstract:While carrying on optimization design and reliability design on complicated structures,utilizing the traditional designing method may probably fall across the difficulty of oversized amount of calculation,yet applying the response surface method is one of the approaches for solving this problem effectively.Let the response surface method be combined with the finite element technology,this paper established the deflection of bridge main truss,and the functional expression of bending stress and structural dimensions.And then carried out the structural optimization design on the main truss and finally conducted the finite element analysis and verification on the result of optimization.The result of designing calculation showed that while concerning this kind of problem of truss structural design,the response surfaced optimization design possesses very good application value.
