钢筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁正常使用极限状态研究

摘    要:通过25根钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁的试验,研究了影响钢纤维高强混凝土梁在正常使用极限状态下裂缝宽度的各种因素。试验结果证明,在相同的配筋率下,钢纤维的体积掺率是主要因素。给出了钢筋钢纤维高强混凝土受弯构件的裂缝宽度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果符合良好。该公式简单实用,适用于工程计算,为《纤维混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS38:2004)采用。

Abstract:Based on an experimental study on 25 FRC beams,variables that affect the width of cracks in steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete beams under normal service conditions are studied.It is proved that the fiber content of beams with the same reinforcement ratio is the main factor affecting the testing result.The previous formulas for calculating width of cracks in FRC members are revised,and the results fit very well with the experimental data.The formulas are handy and applicable in engineering calculating,and are adopted by Technical Specification for Fiber Reinforced Concrete Structures (CECS38:2004).
