摘    要:介绍了锥形量热仪的基本原理和测试方法,在辐射能量为35kW/m^2的条件下对煤矿井下使用的钢丝绳阻燃输送带、风筒和红松木材的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,得到了3种材料的燃烧特征参数。实验结果表明:在3种材料中,钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带发生火灾之后的危害最大。但是风筒着火后短时间内就会释放出大量的CO,同时其烟雾吸光能力强,不利于救灾。红松燃烧后会释放出大量的热量,其它方面的危害相对较小。

Abstract:The paper introduced the basic principle and measuring method of the cone calorimeter. Under the radiation energy condition of 35 kW/m 2 , the experimental research on the combustion features of conveyor steel core belt, ventilation tube and red pine material was conducted. The combustion parameters of the three materials were obtained from the research. The experiment results showed that among the three materials, the steel core belt would be most dangerous when on fire. Once the ventilation tube on fire at the initial period,the fired belt would release great value of CO. And the smoke would be strong to absorb light, which could be favorable for the fire extinguishing. The red pine will release great heat when the pine on fire and the dangerous of the fire would be less than others.
