PSFB-ZVS电路的研究

摘    要:软开关技术的应用使得中大功率电源在体积、效率等方面的性能有较大的提升。对一种中大功率开关电源的软开关电路进行仿真研究,该电路采用移相全桥零电压开关(PSFB‐ZVS)变换器拓扑结构,应用比例积分(PI)控制器和移相角调节技术实现电压的稳定输出,且4个开关管实现零电压开通。实验结果表明,所设计的电源性能良好,可作为后续的数字化电源的研究参考。

Study of PSFB-ZVS Ci rcui t
Abstract:The performances (such as volume ,efficiency ) of the power supply with middle‐high power are improved greatly by using the soft‐switch technology .This paper performs simulative study to the soft‐switch circuit of a switch power supply with middle‐high power .The circuit a‐dopts topology structure of phase‐shifted full‐bridge zero voltage switching (PSFB‐ZVS) convert‐er ,applies the proportion integration (PI) controller and the phase‐shifted angle adjustment tech‐nique to realize the stable output of voltage ,and accomplishes zero voltage switching by means of 4 switch tubes .The experiment result shows that the designed power supply has good performance and can be taken as the reference of future digital power supply study .
