12例炎琥宁不良反应调查与分析

目的了解炎琥宁药品不良反应发生的情况及相关因素，探讨其一般规律及特点，给临床用药提供帮助。方法采用回顾性研究方法，对收集的苏州大学附属儿童医院2009年1～11月间12例炎琥宁药物不良反应上报报告进行分析。结果12例炎琥宁发生ADR的患者，男性8例，女性4例，提示其ADR总发生率男性高于女性；不良反应累及多个系统一器官，绝大部分累及皮肤及其附件，占91．67％，没有过敏性休克的发生；12例患者全部采用静脉滴注；12例报告中，单一用药的1例，联合用药的11例。结论临床人员应了解炎琥宁不良反应的特点及发病机制。应加强其应用监测，以减少药品不良反应的发生，规范合理用药。笔者建议在不影响临床疗效的前提下，应遵循“能口服的不肌注，能肌注的不静滴”的原则，尽量避免静脉给药，并且最好单独给药，尽量避免与化学药联合使用，以减少ADR的发生。

Survey and Analysis of 12 Cases Reports of Adverse Reactions by Yan Hu Ning Injection in Our Hospital

Objective To supervise the occurrence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） of Yan Hu Niug, to analyze ADR related factors and characteristics generally, and to provide assistance to clinical medication. Methods Through retrospective study, the collection of our hospital from January 2009 to November, 12 patients with Yan Hu Ning reported ADR were analyzed. Results There were 12 cases of ADR of Yah Hu Ning,8 males and 4 females, suggesting that the occurrence rate of the ADR in man was higher than that in women;adverse reactions involved multiple systems and organs, mostly involving the skin and its appendages, accounting for 91.67% without the occurrence of anaphylaetie shock;of the 12 eases,all by the intravenous drip;1 ease of a single drug, 11 cases of combination therapy. Conclusion Clinicians should be aware of ADR of Yan Hu Ning characteristics and pathogenesis, the application should be strengthened its monitoring, in order to reduce the incidence of ADR. On the premise of the clinical quality, we should follow the ＂can not intramuscular injection of oral, can not intramuscular injection of non-intravenous infusion ＂ principle, try to avoid intravenous medication, best single drug, and chemical drugs to avoid joint use to reduce the incidence of ADR.
