硫酸-氢氟酸分步提纯法制备高纯石墨研究

摘    要:用硫酸、氢氟酸分步提纯法制备高纯石墨,分别研究了硫酸、氢氟酸反应温度、酸浓度、反应时间对脱灰率的影响,在总浸出时间为4 h的条件下,制得了99.94%的高纯石墨,本工艺同常用的混酸法相比,具有反应时间短、浸出成本低等特点.

Abstract:The high-purity graphite was prepared by stepwise purification using sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The effects of temperature of H2SO4, concentration of acid and time on demineralization were discussed. The carbon content of graphite was increased to 99.94% about 4 hours of leaching time in total. Compared with the traditional method using mixed acid, this technique has the characters of rapid reaction and low cost.
