直流输电半自动数字化输入功率曲线方案研究

摘    要:直流输电工程具有良好的可调节性,调度机构可以通过调整直流功率来实现电力市场现货交易。针对现阶段电力市场现货交易改革后,所产生的直流输电工程频繁功率调整的问题,提出了一种安全、可靠、智能的半自动数字化输入功率调整方案。该方案提出使用反向隔离装置,实现功率曲线安全智能导入的功能,有效解决了频繁人工整定存在的误操作风险,提高了直流功率调节、控制可靠性。

Abstract:DC transmission project is characterized by its excellent adjustability, and the dispatchingorganization can realize spot trading in electric power market through DC power regulation. In view offrequent power regulation in DC transmission project after the present spot trading reform in powermarket, a safe, reliable and intelligent semi-automatic digital input power regulation scheme was pro-posed. In this scheme, reverse isolation device was used to realize safe and intelligent power curveimport, which can solve the maloperation risks in frequent manual setting and improve the reliabilityof DC power regulation and control.
