| 摘 要： | 本文比较了以美、英、法三国为代表的三种类型的研究生教育质量评估体系建立的原因、各自的特点、形成的影响因素以及它们在发展过程中所共同出现的一些重要趋势，提出了建立和完善我国研究生教育质量评估体系的几点建议：逐渐由单一的政府评估主体向政府、高校和社会三方相结合转变；合理定位政府、高校、社会在研究生教育质量评估体系中的地位和作用；重视科研机构的作用，重视元评估的作用以提高评估效率。

| Abstract: | The thesis campares the establishment, characteristics and developing trends of America, Britain and France.It proposes some sugggestions for perfecting the quality evaluation systems in China: to tranfer the evaluation subject from only government to government, universities and society and locate correctly their positions and functions;put a stress on research institutes, and attach importance to meta-evaluation so as to improve the efficiency of evaluation. |
