柴油机薄壁件飞轮壳孔系加工工艺的改进

摘    要:采用传统的铸铁飞轮壳罩盖工艺流程加工大型薄壁铸铝飞轮壳罩盖存在定位孔系、油底壳结合面位置度不稳定,定位基准面平面度超差。通过改进工艺流程,使定位孔系与基准孔同一工序一次装夹完成,选用高精度设备立式加工中心,夹具采用气动夹紧方式使压紧力稳定可靠,达到了零件加工的精度要求。

Improvement of Machining Large Thin-Wall Flywheel Housing Bores of Diesel Engine
Abstract:When using conventional manufacturing method that is for iron casting flywheel housing to manufacture large thin-wall aluminum flywheel housing, more problems will occur, such as instability of datum bore system and position of contacting face with oil pan, as well as flatness of datum face out of tolerance. These issues can be resolved through improvement of manufacturing process by adopting one clamp at one station with datum bore used as setting bore and through using precise vertical machining center and pneumatic claming jig.
