摘    要:采用金相分析、宏微观断口分析、能谱分析以及有限元分析等方法,对U型管弯头部分的开裂原因进行了分析和研究。分析结果表明,材料焊接热影响区的敏化效应、管内介质的腐蚀作用以及弯管振打块附近的应力集中导致该管发生了晶间应力腐蚀开裂。

Abstract:In this paper, the cracking behavior of U - tube was studied by metallographic analysis, microstructure analysis, energy spectrum analysis of the corrosion product and finite element analysis of the failure samples. The results show that the microstructure near the welding heat affective zone is sensitized due to the welding process. Under the combined action of the stress concentration and corrosive medium, the intergranular stress corrosion cracking takes place in welding heat affective zone of the U - tube.
