高能超声制备金属基复合材料的研究进展与展望

摘    要:简要介绍了高能超声制备金属基复合材料的原理和研究现状,分析了高能超声改善润湿性,促进分散,除气除渣的作用机理.指出用高能超声制备纳米增强金属基复合材料是未来发展的重点,提出了改善高能超声作用的有效途径.

Abstract:The theory and research progress of metal matrix composites (MMC) fabricated by high intensity ultrasonic are briefly introduced in this article, and the mechanism of high intensity ultrasonic which are responsible for benefits including improving wettability, promoting dispersion, refining microstructures, degassing of liquid metals is analyzed. Finally the importance of developing metal matrix nano-composite (MMNC) fabricated by high intensity ultrasonic is indicated, and the effective approaches to improve the effect of high intensity ultrasonic are advanced.
