《临床精神医学杂志》10年论著分析

目的：通过论著分析这一侧面，了解近10年我国临床精神医学研究及《临床精神医学杂志》的状况。方法：归纳《临床精神医学杂志》1991年第1期至2000年第6期共50期（其中含增刊1期）2434篇载文的类型，并详细分析其中530篇论著的作者合作度、单位合作度、第1作者的地区分布、研究对象及主题内容等。结果：载文中的论著和学术交流所占比例最高，为44．8％，作者分布全国28个省市，论著的作者合作度为4．06，单位合作度为1．67。530篇论著中，临床医学占60．9％、基础医学占27．5％、预防医学占9．8％。按病种分：精神分裂症占41．3％、情感性精神障碍占13．8％、器质性精神障碍占8．3％和神经症占5．8％。结论：《临床精神医学杂志》载文分析可对今后的研究工作有所启发，并对该刊的承前启后具有很大意义。

An analysis of original articles in Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine from 1991 to 2000

Objective:To understand the current situation and features of researches into Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine in recent decade. Method:A total of 2,434 published articles of Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine from 1991 to 2000 were classified,and 530 original articles in them were analysed in details. Results:The original articles and academic exchanges listed the first (44 8%).Among the original articles,the percentage of clinical medicine,basic medicine and preventive medicine were 60 9%,27 5% and 9 8% rsepectively.On the basis of mental disorders classification,there were schizophrenia (41 3%),affective disorder (13 8%),organic mental disorder (8 3%) and neurosis (5 8%).The authors came from 28 areas in China,and cooperation degree of authors and units were 4 06 and 1 67 respectively. Conclusion:The analysis of published articles in Journal of Clinical Psychological Medicine can make greater contributions to further studies.
