关节镜下不可吸收缝线固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折

目的：探讨儿童胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折通过关节镜治疗的方法。方法：2001年6月-2007年10月共收治患者37例．采用关节镜下不可吸收缝线固定，取得了良好的疗效。结果：37例全部获得随访12-18个月，平均（15±2）个月。根据Rasmussen评分，本组优29例，良6例，可2例。结论：关节镜手术治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折在复位和固定方面与切开手术一致，但具有创伤小，对关节内干扰小、反应轻、不破坏支持带及关节囊、减轻手术后粘连或僵硬、功能恢复快等优点。对于儿童胫骨髁间棘骨骺损伤一般采用钢丝、不可吸收缝线、可吸收缝线。
