我国冰雪运动后备人才培养模式的研究

加强对我国冰雪运动后备人才培养模式的研究，已成为保证我国冰雪运动可持续发展的当务之急。利用冬奥会这一良好契机，改善我国冰雪运动后备人才培养现状，是一个值得深入研究和探讨的课题。通过走访调查、文献资料调研与逻辑分析，指出我国冰雪运动项目后备人才培养模式的现状和存在的问题，并从培养机制、体制、管理模式和保障体系等多方面提出和论述了改进的对策，以期为完善我国冰雪运动项目后备人才培养模式提供建设性意见。

Research on the Training Mode of Chinese Winter Sports Reserve Talents

To strengthen the research on the training mode of Chinese winter sports reserve talents has be- come a pressing task which can ensure the sustainable development of Chinese winter sports. By this good opportunity of Winter Olympics, improving the training situation of Chinse winter sports reserve talents is worthy further studying and discussing. With the methods of investigation, documental information and logi- cal analysis, the paper points out the training mode of Chinese winter sports reserve talents＇ current situation and problems. And from the training mechanism, system, management mode and security system ere, it puts forward and discusses the improvement measures as constructive suggestions for improving the training mode of Chinese winter sports reserve talents.
