制度建设视域下新四军卫生工作的考察

卫生工作是新四军后勤战线的重要组成部分,新四军在壮大过程中进行了适合战争情况的卫生制度建设,在实践中总结出“预防为主、保健优先”的卫生理念。以此为指导,新四军在传染病管理、卫生管理、卫生会议、检查、汇报制度等方面进行了实践并取得了较好的效果,发展了卫生事业。这标志着中国共产党领导的抗日力量在医疗卫生领域形成了自己的特点与模式。

Investigation on the Health Work of the New Fourth Army from the Perspective of System Construction

Health work is an important logistics component of the New Fourth Army. The New Fourth Army carried out the construction of a health system which suited to the war situation in the course of its growth and summarized the health concept of "prevention first, health care first" in practice. The New Fourth Army had carried out practice in infectious disease management, health management, health conference, inspection and reporting system which achieved good results. This indicates that the anti-Japanese forces led by the Communist Party of China have formed their own characteristics and models in the field of medical and health care.
