摘    要:利用Zwick Z020型电子万能材料试验机和Zwick Laserxters 1000762型光学引伸计测试了Nb3Sn超导线材的力学性能,研究并制定了一套高精度、高稳定性的室温拉伸试验方法。为了验证该方法的可行性及稳定性,对其进行了多组数据测试,并计算了各性能的平均值X、标准方差s、相对标准偏差COV、相对标准不确定度URSU(N)。结果表明:该方法测试出的Nb3Sn超导线材力学性能的精确度及稳定性均很高,该试验方法可为高场磁体及加速器磁体的顺利研制提供有效保证。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of Nb3Sn superconducting wire were tested by Zwick Z020 electronic universal material testing machine and Zwick Laserxters 1000762 optical extensimeter.A set of high precision and high stability tensile test method at room temperature has been researched and formulated.In order to verify the feasibility and stability of the method,multiple sets of data were tested and the mean value X,the standard deviation s,the relative standard deviation COV and the relative standard uncertainty URSU(N)of each performance were calculated.The results show that the accuracy and stability of mechanical properties of Nb3Sn superconductor material tested by the method were very high.The test method could provide an effective guarantee for the smooth development of high field magnets and accelerator magnets.
