| 摘 要： | 以人为本是社会主义的价值目标和本质追求。社会主义取代资本主义及其剥削制度，是历史的必然选择。在建设中国特色社会主义的伟大征程中，人民群众始终是推进中国特色社会主义道路不断前进的根本动力，是推进马克思主义中国化理论不断创新的主体。因此，建设有中国特色社会主义的出发点与归宿必然是以人为本。
