摘    要:利用高效液相色谱法测定饮料中的新红、诱惑红及赤藓红含量,确定了检测条件为:Agilent C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,柱温25 ℃,流动相为乙酸铵-甲醇(92∶8, V/V),流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10 μL,检测波长254 nm。结果表明,新红、诱惑红及赤藓红在0~50 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为91.0%~96.8%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~2.9%,新红、诱惑红及赤藓红的检出限分别为0.10 mg/kg、1.00 mg/kg及0.70 mg/kg。该方法快速准确,适用于饮料中的新红、诱惑红及赤藓红含量的测定。

Abstract:The contents of new red, fancy red and erythrosine in drinks were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The determination conditions were determined as chromatographic column Agilent C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with ammonium acetate-water (92∶8, V/V) as mobile phase, column temperature 25 ℃, flowing rate 1.0 ml/min, injection volume 10 μL, detection wavelength 254 nm. The results showed that new red, fancy red and erythrosine showed good linear relationship in the range of 0-50 μg/ml (R2=0.999 8), the average recovery rate was 91.0%-96.8%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.4%-2.9%, and the detection limit of new red, fancy red and erythrosine was 0.10 mg/kg, 1.00 mg/kg and 0.70 mg/kg. The method was quick and accurate for detection of the new red, fancy red and erythrosine contents in drinks.
