益肾健脾法加颈椎牵引治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨益肾健脾法配合颈椎牵引治疗交感型颈椎病的疗效及其对骨密度的影响,以更好的指导临床诊疗。方法:将130例交感型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组68例和对照组62例。对照组采用常规的复方丹参治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上再使用益肾健脾法配合颈椎牵引。在治疗前后均行骨密度检测,并分别观察治疗组和对照组的疗效,并对两组中痊愈患者进行3年随访,观察疗效巩固率和复发率。采用SPSS11.5软件包进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组治疗后骨密度比治疗前显著改善(P0.05或P0.01),并显著高于对照组治疗后(P0.01)。治疗组患者有效率、痊愈率明显高于对照组(P0.01),治疗组痊愈患者的远期疗效巩固率明显高于对照组痊愈患者(P0.01),而复发率则低于对照组痊愈患者(P0.01)。结论:在常规治疗交感型颈椎病的基础上加用益肾健脾法配合颈椎牵引能改善患者骨密度和提高疗效,是临床治疗交感型颈椎病值得推广应用的方法。
