摘    要:以质子交换膜燃料电池流道中的液滴为研究对象,考虑了吹力、重力以及粘滞力的影响,从力平衡的角度出发建立了液滴从扩散层表面脱离的临界风速及半径的关系,得出了不同的重力倾角和工作压力对临界风速的影响.研究表明:在水平流道中,临界风速受温度的影响不大,而随工作压力的增大而减小;增大重力倾角有利于提高电堆的排水能力;小液滴脱离的...

Abstract:Dealing with a droplet on the flow channel of PEMFC,a mathematical model based on the force balance of the flow force,gravity and hysteresis tension was derived to address the expressions of the critical airflow velocity and the droplet radii.The results showed that in the horizontal flow channel,the critical airflow velocity was hardly affected by the working temperature but decreased with the increasing of operation pressure.The droplet removal capability could be enhanced by increasing the tilt angle of ...
