冠心病患者发生重症感染的处理

冠心病的发病率呈逐年增长的趋势。经皮支架植入术和冠脉搭桥术成为治疗冠心病的主要方法。然而,相关的手术也带来了一系列的并发症,对患者及社会均造成了极大的负担。本文主要就冠心病术后感染的特点、临床表现以及对于冠心病患者发生重症感染后的处理措施作一综述。

The treatment of severe infection in patient with coronary artery disease

The incidence of coronary heart disease was growing year by year. The main therapeutic strategies include percuta- neous coronary intervention （PCI） and coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）. The infectious complications after surgical procedures impose a significant clinical burden to the patients and the society. The purpose of this article is to delineate some characteristics of cor- onary heart disease patients with sepsis, and briefly outline current therapeutic strategies and approaches in the Intensive Care Unit （icu）.
