| 摘 要： | 目的:建立瓜蒌薤白颗粒中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以槲皮素为总黄酮代表物,采用三氯化铝显色法进行测定。结果:测定波长为424 nm,槲皮素在2.7～13.5μg/ml浓度范围内,吸光度与浓度线性关系良好,线性方程为:A=0.0699C-0.0243,r=0.9998。加样回收率为97.94%,RSD=2.29%。结论:该法操作简单,重复性较好,可作为瓜蒌薤白颗粒中总黄酮含量测定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a method for determining the content of the total flavonoids in the compound granules of Gualou and Xiebai(Fructus Trichosanthis and Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Chinese medicinal herbs).Methods:3 aluminum chloride(AlCl3)colormetric method was used to determine the content of the total flavonoids with quercetin as reference substance.Results:When the wavelength for detection was set at 287 nm,and the reference value of quercetin at from 2.7 μg/ml to 13.5 μg/ml,the absorbance was in good linear relationship with the concentration of flavonoids determined.The linear equation was:A=0.0699C-0.0243,r=0.9998,and the recovery of the added sample was 97.94%,with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.29%.Conclusion:This technique can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in Gualou-Xiebai granules for its simple performance and better reproducibility. |
