大型矿山粗碎站设备改造探讨

通过对比机械式和液压式旋回破碎机、国内和国外旋回破碎机优缺点,确定选用MK-Ⅱ42-65旋回破碎机作为粗碎设备。比较新旧破碎机差异,采取"上补下垫"等有效措施解决了设备的安装检修问题。采取改造皮带给矿机、增加重型液压平板闸阀方案,节约粗碎改造时间,保障新、老两系统稳定生产。通过对某大型矿山粗碎站设备改造若干问题的探讨,为类似矿山粗碎站改造工程提供经验,具有一定借鉴意义。

Discussion on the equipment renewal of coarse crushing station in large scale mine

Through the comparison of the mechanical and hydraulic,domestic and foreign gyratory crusher,the MK-Ⅱ42-65 gyratory crusher is selected to be the new coarse crusher.The fill upper and bottom pad method is adopted according to the difference of new equipment and old equipment.In order to protect the crushing system works regularly,the feeder belt is transformed and the heavy-duty hydraulic flat gate valve is added.The reconstruction time is saved through these measures taken. The work provides valuable experience for similar coarse crushing transformation.
