涡轮泵检漏试验用真空室密封结构研究

摘    要:论述了某型号液体火箭发动机涡轮泵高压低温静密封检漏试验用真空室密封结构的设计问题.对真空室密封进行了密封结构和密封元件的研制,对密封结构加工精度进行研制和试验研究,掌握了大直径超低温超高真空密封设计和制造方法.试验研究结果证明了其结构设计的合理性.

Abstract:Vacuum vessel seal structure used in the leak test of a liquid rocket engine turbopump is discussed. The development of the sealing structure and sealing material for vacuum seal, and the numerical simulation and tests for seal structure are completed. And the method of design and manufacture of vacuum seal of large diameter, ultra-low temperature and ultra-high vacuum is amstered. The results show that the structure design is correct.
