高蛋白高淀粉高产玉米杂交种正红102的选育

摘    要:以美国玉米杂交种2021为基础材料,利用南北穿梭同步定向育种法,用自交系156作测验种,在S3和S5分离世代连续选择优良单株进行配合力测定和定向选育,同步育成玉米新自交系K305及其杂交种正红102。该杂交种区试平均产量为8077.5kg/hm2,比对照增产9.7%;子粒粗蛋白和粗淀粉含量分别高达11.9%和79.2%;具有抗病、抗倒、耐旱力强、株型好、适应性较广等特点。正红102适宜平坝、丘陵及部分山区种植,具有广阔的推广应用及综合加工利用前景。

Abstract:Using the U.S.maize hybrid 2021 as base population,through the synchronous directive shuttle breeding(SDSB) method between North and South,a new maize inbred line K305 and the corresponding hybrid Zhenghong102 were developed synchronously by repeating combining ability test on the elite individual plants selected from S3 and its derived S5 segregating generations with the inbred line156 as tester followed by directive selection.The average yield of the hybrid Zhenghong102 was 8 077.5 kg/ha in the regional trails,which increased 9.7% compared with that of Check.Zhenghong102,with protein and starch contents of kernels reaching up to 11.9% and 79.2% respectively,has plenty of merits,including multi-resistances to diseases and lodgings,strong drought tolerance,is relatively ideal type and the wider adaptation.Zhenghong102 is adaptable for planting in the plain and hilly areas and partial mountainous regions,and has broad prospects for extension and processing utilization.
