摘    要:本文从人文精神和科学技术两个方面探讨历史悠久的中华酒文化的精华和失误,主张趋利避害,弘扬中华酒文化的优良传统,反对无节制的酗酒行为,提倡健康文明的消费观点。在酒业经营中,主张古典复原和科技创新并举。确保产品质量的两条腿走路的方针;在酒文化学术研究中,坚守优良传统文化的学术底线,从而达到弘扬而不媚俗的目的。

Three Concepts on Chinese Wine Culture
Abstract:Probing into the essence and fault of Chinese wine culture with long history from the humane spirit and scientific technology, the article advocates going after profit and avoiding harm; carries forward a fine tradition of Chinese wine culture; fights against indulging in excessive drinking and encourages healthy and civilized consumption, In wine operation, it is favoured to combine classical origin with scientific creation to ensure the quality of the products, In the study of wine culture, it is favored to stick to moral standards of fine traditional culture.
