人工髋关节翻修术的护理

人工髋关节翻修术与首次髋关节置换术相比，手术更为复杂、困难。通过对11例人工髋关节翻修术患者的护理，指出术前有针对性的心理疏导，术后低血压、引流管的有效处置及对神经损伤、假体脱位的预防是护理的关键。

Nursing of the Hip Arthroplasty Rebuild Operation

The operation would be more difficjlt of taking the hip arthroplasty rebuild than the primary total hip replacemant. In this artical, we sumed up the nursing experience of 11 patients who took the hip arthroplasty rebuild operation, then suggested to focus on psychology guide before operation, lower blood pressure and properly teratment of drainage-tube after operation together with some treatments preventing the femoral nerve from injury and the hip prosthesis from dislocation are the key problem of nursing.
