二氢杨梅素抗肿瘤活性及其机制的研究进展

摘    要:二氢杨梅素是黄酮类化合物之一,大量存在于藤茶植物中,具有多种生理和药理活性。重点介绍它的抗肿瘤活性和4种抗肿瘤作用机制:诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞;抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移;抑制肿瘤血管生成;诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等。认为二氢杨梅素具有作为抗癌药物开发利用的巨大潜力,值得更加深入的研究。

Abstract:Dihydromyricetin, one of flavonoids, was greatly resided in the plant of Ampelopsis grossedentata, with many biological and pharmacological activities. This paper puts the emphasis on the anti-tumor activity and four kinds of anti-tumor mechanisms of dihydromyricetin, including induction of neoplasm cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis、inhibition of invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis of neoplasm cell. The author holds that dihydromyricetin, possess-ing great potentiality to explore and utilization as a anticancer drug, is worthy of further research.
