振动流化干燥性能的研究

摘    要:本文首先对小型连续式振动流化床干燥实验装置的工作原理作了说明,并就振动流化条件进行了理论分析。在此基础上,对振动流化床的振动参数和床层温度分布进行了测定及讨论。我们选用活性炭和阳离子交换树脂这两种颗粒物料分别在振动流化床上作了大量干燥性能实验,分析研究不同工况对干燥速率的影响。经系统总结,找出了强化干燥的四大因素。

Abstract:This paper first explains the operational principle of the experimen- tal drying device of small continuous vibro-fluidized bed, then theoretically analyses the conditions of vibrating fluidization. Taking this analysis as basis, the vibration parameters and bed temperature distribution are determined and discussed. The authors choose active carbon and cation ion- exchange resin as two granular materials to carry out a lot of drying experiments on the vibro-fluidized bed respectively, investigate the effects of different operational conditions on the drying rate. Four main factors to intensify the drying process are found through systematic summation.
