突发公共卫生事件预防体系中医院感染管理的研究

目的探讨医院感染管理的改进与完善,及研究综合性医院突发公共卫生事件预防体系中的医院感染管理. 方法从综合性医院的自身特征出发,结合SARS防治过程中出现的实际问题,提出发展思路和研究框架. 结果加强医院感染管理专业学科建设、强化综合性医院中医院感染管理科室的监测预警职能、开展医院感染科学研究、构筑预防医学新体系等是医院感染管理改进与完善的根本;医院感染管理在综合性医院对突发公共卫生事件的预防体系中,承担重要的监测预警及感染控制职能. 结论作为综合性医院应对突发公共卫生事件的重要基础,医院感染管理亟待改进与完善.

Improvement of Hospital Infection Management and Prevention and Control System Against Public Health Emergency

OBJECTIVE To improve the level of hospital infection management and set up the prevention and control system against public health emergency in the comprehensive hospital. METHODS Based on the characteristics of comprehensive hospital, experience and lessons in controlling SARS, we analyzed the improvement measures and frames of the prevention and control system. RESULTS Enhancing the construction of subject on hospital infection management, strengthening its alert and surveillance function for infectious diseases, build up the new system of preventive medicine, are indispensable for further improvement; surveillance and alert, and infection control are two major roles of hospital infection management facilities in prevention and control system against public health emergency. CONCLUSIONS As the essential basis of measures against public health emergency, improvement of hospital infection management is inevitable and essential.
