| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈动脉(ICA)支架置入术(CAS)对治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法:对38例患者颈内动脉狭窄血管内介入治疗的临床应用及操作进行回顾性分析。38例颈内动脉狭窄患者在局麻下行血管内介入支架治疗。结果:所有患者均顺利将支架放置理想位置。其中,7例患者滤网回收后,网内肉眼可见少量大小不等的组织碎片;1例患者在球囊扩张后出现一过性心率减缓;3例患者在回收保护伞时出现血管痉挛,经积极治疗后症状消失或缓解。结论:颈动脉支架置入术是一种创伤小、痛苦小的微创技术,它为颈动脉狭窄的治疗提供了一种新的途径,临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of/CA CAS for carotid artery stenosis. Methods Thirty-eight cases with internal carotid artery stenosis undergoing interventional therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients went through CAS under local anesthesia with the stent positioned correctly. A few tissue fragments with different sizes were found in the strainer in 7 cases, one patient suffered from transient decreased heart rate after balloon dilatation, and 3 ones from vasospasm when the protective umbrella was withdrawn. All above symptoms were eliminated or relieved after treatment. Conclusion CAS, being minimally invasive, avails itself to the treatment of carotid artery stenosis. |
