用激光反射光声法测定苯胺

提出了用激光反射光声法测定水样中的苯胺，对方法原理、实验装置以及苯胺的最佳显色条件进行了详尽的讨论。该方法的检出限为0.23mg/L，苯胺定量线性范围1×10-5～1×10-3mol/L(r＝0.9965)，对1×10-5mol/L试样10次测量的相对标准偏差为1.8％，用本方法测定了几种废水样中苯胺的含量，回收率均达91％以上。

Determination of aniline by laser reflection photoacoustic method

The laser reflection photoacoustic method was designed for the determination of aniline in water. The basic principle,the experimental setup and the influencing factors were discussed in detail. The detection limit is 0.23 mg/L,the calibration curve is linear with the concentration of aniline in the range of 1 ×10-5～1×10-3 mol/L,the recovery is more than 91％,the relative standard deviation(n=10) for 1×10-5mol/L aniline is about 1.8％. The method has been used to determine aniline in water with satisfactory results.
