| 摘 要： | 利用外资是中国实行对外开放的主渠道之一,十二五期间,中国利用外资已经进入一个新的阶段,未来几年,随着世界经济一体化进程的加快和国际引资竞争的加剧,国际资本将出现新的特点和趋势。按照WTO的多边贸易规则和中国的承诺,中国的对外开放将进一步和世界接轨,中国利用外资也将发生新的变化。
