月季白粉病和黑斑病的发生情况与田间抗性鉴定

摘    要:为了筛选出适合贵阳市花卉产业发展的抗病优良月季品种,采用随机取样法和品种田间自然抗性鉴定法,对贵州省植物园月季资源圃月季的白粉病和黑斑病发生时期进行了调查,并进行了品种田间自然抗性鉴定。结果表明:月季白粉病4—5月份发生一般,6月份明显加重,6月下旬达到高峰,7月份又逐渐下降;月季黑斑病4月下旬至6月上旬发生较轻,6月中旬逐渐加重,7月份明显加重,7月下旬叶片发病达到高峰,8月份又逐渐下降。调查的52个品种中有19个高抗白粉病,有17个高抗黑斑病。

Abstract:In order to filter out the fine disease-resistant R.hybrida varieties to suit for the development of flower industry in Guiyang City,a survey of the occurrence period of rose powdery mildew and black spot was made in Rose resource garden,Guizhou Botanical Garden through the methods of accidental sampling and filed resistance identification.The results showed that: the powdery mildew and black spot usually happened in April and became more serious in June,reached its peak in late June and weakened gradually in July.The black spot was mild in late April and early June,gradually aggravated in mid-June and significantly worsened in July.In late July it reached its peak and weakened gradually in August.19 of the 52 varieties featured high resistance to powdery mildew and 17 of the 52 varieties featured high resistance to black spot.
