| 摘 要： | 运营商电子渠道的快速发展,促使其开始从电子渠道向电子商务积极探索。本文首先分析了新形势下电子商务对电子渠道的发展要求和目前存在的问题,然后研究了电子渠道向电子商务转型的关键能力,并提出了系统目标架构和演进路线。
