高成型性高强度钢管制造技术的研究新动向

摘    要:随着钢管二次成型技术的不断发展,以钢管为原料制造的轻体构件因具有质量轻、刚度好、节材节能等特点,已被广泛应用于汽车、航天器及飞机制造等领域。随着管材二次成型技术对钢材强度和成型性能要求的不断提高,对开发具有更高强度和成型性能钢管的制造技术已引起广泛关注。综述了具有较高成型性能的双相钢管和TRIP钢管的新型制造工艺,并详细介绍了作者在开发TRIP钢管中的部分研究成果。
