| 摘 要： | 随着互联网的发展,电子政务逐渐成为政府工作的重要模式和发展方向,政府相关费用的电子收取则是电子政务的一个重要方面.检验检疫电子支付系统完成了检验检疫费用的电子收缴.本文阐述了从网络安全、应用安全、数据安全、交易安全等各个方面进行的方案研究和技术实施.

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the Internet, the E-Government becomes the important mode and the developing direction of the governmental works gradually. The electronic payment of the related governmental fee is an important aspect of the E-Government. The inspection and quarantine's electronic payment system completes the paying of the related inspection and quarantine's fee. In this paper, we discusses the network safety, application safety, data safety, trade safety of the system. |
