摘    要:水资源已经成为限制经济社会发展和进步的重要因素,水资源的可持续利用,是我国当前和未来水资源规划管理急需解决的问题。三河市人均水资源占有量远低于国际上的"极度缺水标准",为典型的资源性缺水地区。为了有效缓解用水矛盾,提高水资源的利用效率,该文应用可持续发展理论,采用层次分析法针对三河市开展水资源可持续利用评价,对于三河市水资源调度与经济、社会、环境协调发展战略的实施具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:Water has become the limit factor of the economic social development and progress.Sustainable use of water resources is the problem needed to resolve of China's current and future water resources planning management.In Sanhe City,per capita water resources far below the international desperately absent standard.In order to effectively relieve the contradiction of water utilize and improve the use efficiency of water resources,using the theory of water resources sustainable development to evaluate the level of Sanhe City,which will generate realistic significance for its water resources scheduling and the implementation of economic,social and environmental coordination development strategy.
