关于生态文明建设指标的思考研究

当前,建设生态文明已成为党和国家的一项重大战略任务,成为各级党委、政府的一项重要职责,成为社会各界广泛追求和不懈努力的一种价值取向和自觉行动。生态文明建设试点示范区的指标体系是生态文明建设的关键点之一。作为一项战略任务敲定,提出基本形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境产业结构,增长方式,消费模式,推动全社会牢固树立生态文明理念。目前,指标体系还不完全成熟,针对该指标体系中的相关指标进行了合理性的分析与思考。

Study on Indexes of Ecological Civilization Construction

Currently,the construction of ecological civilization has become a major strategic task of China. It also has become a public commitment,which is an important duty of government at all levels. Index system of ecological civilization construction of pilot demonstration areas is one of the key tasks of ecological civilization construction. It is proposed as a strategic task to form an energy resource and ecological environment protection system by giving priorities to the construction of industrial structure,growth method,consumption patterns so as to establish the concept of ecological civilization. Now,the index system is not mature,and this paper analyzes the index system of indicators.
