| 摘 要： | 分析了辽宁省水资源的现状和开发利用程度,探讨了辽宁省水资源的承载能力。总结出辽宁省水资源严重短缺;水资源开发利用程度高;水资源供需矛盾突出;未来对水资源的需求量将不断增大,采取切实措施,实现水资源可持续利用,为辽宁的经济发展提供支撑,为东北老工业基地振兴战略的实施提供保障。
