降钙素原、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体与CAP严重程度的关系

目的：：探讨血浆标记物降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和D-二聚体(D-dimer)水平与社区获得性肺炎(CAP)严重程度的关系。方法：2012年7月至2013年12月CAP患者138例，按病情严重程度将患者分为重症肺炎组和非重症肺炎组，比较两组患者血浆PCT、CRP和D-dimer水平的差异。结果：重症肺炎组PCT、CRP和D-dimer水平显著高于非重症肺炎组(P＜0.01)。ROC曲线分析显示，PCT、CRP和D-dimer水平预测重症肺炎的准确性较高。结论：血浆PCT、CRP和D-dimer水平可作为判断CAP病情严重程度的指标。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROCALCITONIN,C-REACTIVE PROTEIN,D-DIMER AND THE SEVERITY OF COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA

ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the correlation between plasma procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer level and the severity of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP).Methods: From 2012.7 to 2013.12, 138 CAP patients were divided into severe pneumonia group and non-severe pneumonia group, and compared the plasma PCT, CRP and D-dimer level of patients in these 2 groups.Results:The plasma PCT, CRP and D-dimer level of patients in severe pneumonia group were obviously higher than that of patients in non-severe pneumonia group (P<0.01). ROC curve analysis showed that PCT, CRP and D-dimer level have fairly higher accuracy in prediction of severe pneumonia. Conclusions:Plasma PCT, CRP and D-dimer level can be acted as indexes for judging the severity of CAP.
