| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肠胃清方对大肠癌耐药细胞株HCT-8/V的逆转作用及其抑制P-gp表达的影响。方法:MTT法测定肠胃清对HCT-8/V细胞株的逆转作用,流式细胞术测定P糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达。结果:HCT-8/V细胞株对VCR、DDP、5-FU、MMC的耐药指数分别为18.6、22.3、4.3、3.7。经肠胃清方药物血清作用48h后,其对化疗的耐药性显著下降,对VCR、DDP的逆转指数分别为3.3和7.5,静息状态下HCT-8/V细胞的P-gp表达显著高于HCT-8(P<0.01),而经肠胃清药物血清作用后P-gp表达显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:肠胃清方可以逆转人大肠癌耐药细胞株HCT-8/V的多药耐药性,其机制可能与其下调P-gp的表达有关。
