基于CFD的轴向间隙对轴流式通风机性能影响的研究

摘    要:利用CFD技术,对矿用小型轴流式通风机进行了数值计算,分析了叶片与后导叶之间的轴向间隙对风机性能的影响。结果表明,轴向间隙在一定范围内减小,使风机流量和全压均增大,全压效率有所提升,有利于提高通风机性能。

Abstract:The influence of the axial gap between blades and rear guide blades on performance of mine-used small axial flow fans is analyzed using CFD technology after numerically calculating the axial flow fan.The results show that the flow rate and the total pressure of the fan increase with the decrease in the axial gap,thus the efficiency of the total pressure improves and the performance of the axial flow fan enhances.
