摘    要:研究了烧结助剂B2O3、ZnO对Li0.925Nb0.375Ti0.8O3(LNT)陶瓷烧结特性及介电性能的影响。结果表明:B2O3-ZnO复合掺杂能有效降低烧结温度至900℃。ZnO的添加调节了LNT陶瓷正的频率温度系数,质量分数为1%的B2O3和4%的ZnO是最佳添加量,可得到εr为59.5,Q·f为7840GHz,τf为0×10–6℃–1的微波介质陶瓷材料。

Abstract:The microwave dielectric properties and sintering performances of Li0.925Nb0.375Ti0.8O3 ceramics with B2O3 and ZnO additions were investigated. The results indicate that ZnO and B2O3 compound addition could lower the sintering temperature to 900 ℃. Addition of ZnO reduce the temperature coefficient of frequency to negative. The optimal addition is found to be 1%B2O3 and 4 %ZnO when sintered at 900 ℃ for 2 h, the microwave dielectric materials thus obtained have the dielectric properties : εr =59.5, Q·f =7 840 GHz, τf =0×10–6 ℃–1.
