锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的临床观察

摘    要:目的总结锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法 38例锁骨远端骨折,12例肩锁关节脱位,19例锁骨远端骨折合并肩锁关节脱位,均行锁骨钩钢板固定手术。结果本组56例获得随访,平均时间11.6(8-20)月,骨折均愈合。疗效评定按Lazcano标准:优49例,良5例,差2例;优良率96.4%。结论锁骨钩钢板固定是治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的有效方法 ,效果满意。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the effect of internal fixation of clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation.Method A total of 69 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook plate,including 38 cases of distal clavicular fracture,12 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation and 19 cases of distal clavicular fracture complicated with acromioclavicular dislocation.Results No complications were found such as incision infection,hook deformation,loosening and breaking of internal fixator,displacement of fracture and redislocation.56 patients were followed up for 8 to 20 months with an average of 11.6 months.According to Lazcano standard evaluation,the outcome revealed excellence in 49 cases,good in 5 cases and fair in 2 cases,and the fineness rate was 96.4%.Conclusion Internal fixation of clavicular hook plate is an effective and satisfied method for treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation.
