摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT后处理方法在临床应用中的价值。材料与方法 利用螺旋CT对34例支气管病变患者及5例正常人进行容积扫描,并应用MinP、MPR、ACI及CTVE等几种常见的方法进行后处理。结果 经临床病理证实良性病变18例、恶性病变16例,其中中央型肺癌占13例,比较其CT征象及三维重建表现,对后处理功能进行对照、评价。结论 笔者为MPR对各种支气管病变的诊断具有优异的定位、定性意义,ACI在显示支气管扩张中有望代替支气管造影,而CTVE在支气管内架的安放、支纤镜的活检导航中具有临床实用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate clinical application of helical CT post processing. Materialsand Methods 34 patients with bronchial lesion and 5 normal persons were examined with volume scan of spiral CT, and were processed with regular methods of MinP, MPR, ACT and CTVE etc. Results 18 patients with benign lesions: 16 patients with malignant lesions of which 13 with central lung cancer. The characteristics of helical CT images and the appearance of 3-D reconstruction were compared, and the post processing funetiom was evaluated. Conclusion MPR represents a good method for localization and definition in the diagnosis of all kinds of bronchial lesions. ACT may replace bronchography in display of bronchiectasis, and CTVE has clinical applications in setting stent in bronchus and navigation of biopsy with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
