| 摘 要： | 通过对基于Web平台的计算机网络教学系统的设计，介绍了在互联网平台上如何实现多媒体授课的构建原理、技术支持及实现方法，提出了一种新型的多媒体教学系统设计方案，尤其对网络中流媒体信息的处理及文件上传提供了新见解。
