| Abstract: | For hospital services to develop and flourish while adapting to reforms of the medical security system, the article explores how to actively promote initiatives in service quality assurance, operational and managerial readjustment, and reimbursement mechanisms, which contribute to; maintaining and expanding all-directional and multi - layered health care services; making services provision more efficient, cost-effective, flexible and dynamic; and thus optimizing hospitals' social and economic benefits. |
