摘    要:通过建立炮兵指挥信息系统效能评估指标体系,并运用AHP—Fuzzy评估方法构建评估炮兵指挥信息系统作战效能的综合评价模型,对其系统效能进行全面评估。其步骤包括:评估指标集和权重、一级模糊综合评判,以及二级模糊综合评判。该模型从实际情况出发,采纳专家意见,同时对指标体系进行了量化处理。

Abstract:Through building the effectiveness evaluation index system of artillery command information system, comprehensive evaluation model of artillery command information system' combat effectiveness is established using AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method. We conducted an overall evaluation for its system, whose steps included evaluation of index set and weight, one-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment and two-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment; we also adopted expert opinions and process quantitatively the index system, based on practical situations.
